MipTrack – Derived from MipBipX, Evolved for the Full Flight Record

MipTrack inherits every feature of the MipBipX and builds on that foundation with integrated GPS tracking and IGC flight logging. Every flight is recorded and ready to download — via USB mass storage or wirelessly through the MipFly logbook app.

GPS Tracking

MipTrack has a built-in GPS receiver that continuously tracks your position, altitude, and ground speed throughout the flight—giving you accurate spatial data to complement the barometric vario.

IGC Flight Logging

Every flight is automatically saved in the standard IGC format, ready for upload to online logbooks such as Leonardo or XContest. Download logs via USB mass storage or wirelessly with the MipFly logbook app (coming soon).

Instant vario

Powered by precision MEMS technology, MipTrack features an isolated speaker-gyroscope system—delivering flawless, interference-free vario response exactly when you need it most.

Dual speakers

MipTrack features a powerful dual speaker system, delivering increased volume and rich polyphonic sound—ensuring clearer, more nuanced acoustic feedback in all flying conditions.

Bluetooth Low Energy

MipTrack uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) exclusively—consuming a fraction of the power of classic Bluetooth while keeping you connected for real-time telemetry on Android and iOS, and wireless flight log download via the MipFly logbook app (coming soon).

Solar powered

Thanks to its efficient solar panel and DC-DC converters, MipTrack powers itself effortlessly, keeping you flying longer without worrying about battery levels or interruptions.

Three button design

With a simple 3-button design, MipTrack offers easy power control, volume adjustment, and access to special functions—streamlining in-flight interaction without distracting from your focus.

USB Mass Storage

MipTrack appears as a standard USB mass storage device—plug it in and copy your IGC flight logs directly to any computer. Also used for charging, firmware updates, and web-based configuration with no drivers required.

Android support

MipTrack is compatible with the same top-flight Android apps used by paragliders and gliders. It connects via Bluetooth or USB, delivering real-time telemetry data like altitude, vertical speed, and GPS position to your favourite software.

Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) — ultra low power consumption
USB OTG supported with some apps
Download IGC flight logs wirelessly via the MipFly logbook app (coming soon) or by plugging in USB
Mute mode transforms MipTrack into a silent telemetry tool—ideal when audio feedback isn’t needed but flight data still matters

Note: MipTrack’s BLE powers down after 5 minutes of inactivity to further conserve energy. Press the power button to reactivate. USB OTG support is currently specific to XCTrack. Ensure your Android device supports OTG.

iOS support

MipTrack offers limited compatibility with iOS devices for real-time telemetry. The primary iOS application known to work is Flyskyhy. USB-OTG is not supported on iOS.
